Certification

The First West Chester Fire Company, along with the Good Will and Fame Fire Companies, has been awarded the 100% Certification level from the Pennsylvania State Fire Commissioner's office.  In 2016, First West Chester re-certified to this level for the third time.  The active crew worked tirelessly to achieve this honor.

The West Chester Fire Department was the FIRST multi-company 100% volunteer department to achieve this level of certification in the state.

The active crew of First West Chester continues to train and obtain state and national level certifications to better serve the residents of the greater West Chester area.
