This morning at 8:28 AM the West Chester Borough Fire Department, Good Fellowship Ambulance & EMS Training Institute, West Chester Borough Police Department along with mutual aid departments were dispatched to the 900 block of Centennial Drive, East Bradford Township, for a house fire.

Crews arrived on location finding heavy fire conditions throughout the house. A second alarm was dispatched bringing extra manpower to the scene.

The fire was brought under control at 11:00 AM. Numerous firefighters were treated for heat related injuries and released at the scene. No other injuries were reported.

The fire is under investigation by the Chester County Department of Emergency Services Fire Marshal’s Division.
