At 1:11 PM the West Chester Borough Fire Department, Good Fellowship Ambulance & EMS Training Institute and the West Whiteland Fire Company (RIT) were alerted for a house fire in the 700 block of Brettingham Court, East Bradford Township.
Crews reported there was a fire in a microwave that was out. The assignment was held to West Chester Units as crews secured the appliance and vented smoke from the property.
