Company Holds Annual Tag Day

On Saturday, May 12, the members of the First West Chester Fire Company held their annual Tag Day in Downtown West Chester. Members were out in force in the streets collecting money from passing motorist and pedestrians. Tag Day is one of many fundraisers done by the company each year to raise money for operating expenses. As a 100% volunteer organization, the First West Chester Fire Company is supported by donations from the community.

This year's funds collected from Tag Day will go towards the purchase of furniture for the new administrative building, which is currently under construction. The officers and members of First West Chester would like to extend a huge thank you to everyone that donated.
