Just after 3 am, Station 51 was alerted as part of the second alarm assignment assisting the Po-Mar-Lin Fire Company on a commercial building fire in East Marlborough Township. Engines 51-2 and 51-1 along with Assistant 51 made the response, assisting crews with extinguishment and overhaul. Rescue 53 was already on location as part of the first alarm assignment. Air 52 made the response to fill air cylinders. 51 units were available just before 6 am.
