Shortly after 07:00 Station 51 was dispatched for two engines to assist Goshen Fire Company on a Second Alarm house fire in the 1100 block of South Chester Road. Both Engines 51-1 and 51-2 made the response and were briefly redirected to a second reported apartment fire in Goshen Fire Company's Local. The initial report was smoke from an apartment balcony. Engine 51-2 was able to quickly determine the source to be steam from a dryer and clear the box.

Units continued their response to the 2nd alarm fire and once on-scene were put to work with fire suppression and overhaul efforts. Once services were no longer required both engines returned to the borough available.
