| On Friday, February 20th, the members of the First West Chester Fire Company greeted 5 members from the Powell, Wyoming Fire Department. The members of Powell are currently in the process of writing specifications for a new engine and were interested in the Snozzle on 51-1. Members from 51 gave a brief overview of 51-1 at the station as well as a tour of our other apparatus.
On Saturday morning the members of First West Chester and Powell traveled to the West Chester Fire Department Training Center. Fires were set up in the burn building to demonstrate the abilities of the FLIR and the piercing nozzle. The crew of Station 51 trained on the 400' line. The CAFs system was also demonstrated.
