This past weekend firefighters from First West Chester Fire Co teamed up with staff from Iron Hill Brewery located in downtown West Chester. After a long morning the members of 51 helped to brew "Engine 51"—a traditional German lager with a light straw color and delicately balanced with a firm bitterness and a dry, crisp finish.
