Assist to Longwood

Around 1240 Station 51 was dispatched for an engine to assist Station 25 (Longwood Fire Company) on an outbuilding fire. Initial calls reported a controlled burn that spread to a nearby wood shed. Cheif 25 arrived and confirmed the report. Engine 51-1 arrived and assisted with overhaul and suppression efforts. Once services were no longer required Engine 51-1 returned to the Borough.
