At 1250 hours Brush 51 and Brush 25 were dispatched to assist Delaware County Station 59 with a woods fire in the unit block of Big Woods Drive in Concord Township. Station 51 crews also responded with Squad 51 with additional manpower and tools.

Crews from Station 51, as well as Chester County Stations 24, 25, and 36 operated for three hours on scene containing, extinguishing, and overhauling the fire which totaled ten acres.
