First West Chester Fire Company regrets to announce the passing of Past Asst. Chief Frank J. McCormick, Jr. Frank's fire service career spanned 64 years, he held the office of President, Asst. Fire Chief, Chief Engineer, Founding Board Member of the West Chester Fire Department Training Center, Board Member of the Fireman's Relief Association and a PA State Fire Academy Fire Instructor.

Services will be with Fire Department Honors. The viewing will be Thursday August 7, 2014 from 7pm-9pm at the DellaVecchia, Reilly, Smith & Boyd Funeral Home, Inc. in West Chester. A funeral mass will be at 10 am on Friday at St. Agnes Church in West Chester, with a procession to follow. Any companies wishing to participate in the service, please contact Asst.
